PURCHASE POLICY

Order and Payment
Any order placed before 11:59 AM is shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in Canadian dollars.
We accept payments via PayPal and credit card.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us promptly after placing it. The order can be canceled as long as it has not left our warehouses. No cancellation requests will be processed once the order has been shipped.
Delivery
We currently only deliver within Canada.
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Quebec & Ontario: 2-3 days
Other Canadian provinces: 7-8 business days

Order less than $149 before taxes: $12.99 Order over $149 before taxes: $4.95 Other Canadian provinces, except for exceptions*:
Order less than $199 before taxes: $16.99 Order over $199 before taxes: $7.95
*The fees listed above do not apply to certain products due to their weight and dimensions. In such cases, the shipping fees will be adjusted. Excluded products are identified on their product page.
**Sorcière et Magie inc. is not responsible for stolen packages. If we have proof of delivery from our carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the package or provide a secure address for delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer any refunds.
However, if you receive a damaged item, you have 14 days to contact us at info@sorciereetmagie.com and send us photos of the received item. We will get in touch with you to inform you of the possibility of making a return, if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that returns are received at our place of business. We cannot guarantee their receipt under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges in-store only, upon presentation of the purchase invoice. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange. For hygiene reasons, no exchange will be accepted for socks, underwear, and earrings. No exchanges will be permitted for special orders.
The merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of items in stock.
For online purchases, no exchanges are allowed.
