Delivery and returns
Below you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions related to deliveries and returns.
For the moment, we deliver everywhere in Canada. Delivery is not available outside the country.
Any order placed before 11:59 AM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this deadline will be processed the following day. Once the packages are handed over to the carrier, the approximate delivery times are as follows:
Quebec & Ontario: 2-3 days
Other Canadian provinces: 7-8 business days.
We do not offer any refunds. However, if you receive a damaged item, you have 14 days to contact us at email@example.com and send us photos of the received item. We will get in touch with you to inform you of the possibility of making a return, if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returns are received at our business location. We cannot guarantee their reception in any way.
